    Tallow can have a shelf life of up to 1 year if kept in the ideal conditions. 

    • Avoid prolonged contact with water as it may cause mold and turn the tallow rancid
    • Avoid direct sunlight - this may break down the tallow
    • Keep in cool conditions to maintain consistency
    • To extent the shelf life, you can place in the fridge.

    How to Use

    Maple Mocha – Coffee Infused Tallow Body Butter
    5 oz | Net Wt. 141 g

    • Start with clean, dry skin. Best applied after a shower or bath when skin is slightly warm.

    • Scoop a pea-sized amount. A little goes a long way. This is concentrated nourishment, not lotion.

    • Warm between fingertips until it melts into a silky oil.

    • Massage into skin using gentle circular motions until fully absorbed.

    • Focus on dry areas like elbows, knees, hands, and heels.

    Avoid contact with eyes.
    Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
    Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs.

At Watch Me Glow, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of handmade skincare products, I am unable to offer refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing issue with your product.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you believe there is an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect, please contact Watch Me Glow within **7 days of receiving your order**. To help me properly assess the concern and determine the best resolution, I kindly ask that you provide:

 

* Photos clearly showing the issue with the product

* A short video demonstrating the concern

* Your order details and a description of the problem

 

Once I have reviewed the information provided, I will determine the best course of action, which may include an exchange or another suitable resolution.

 

 Exchanges

 

If an exchange is approved, the original product must be returned before a replacement can be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing error.

 

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Final Sale Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or altered skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing issue.

 Heat Sensitive Products

 

Please note that many Watch Me Glow products are handcrafted with natural ingredients, including tallow, which can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures.

 

During warmer months, extreme heat, prolonged time in a hot mailbox, parcel locker, vehicle, or direct sunlight may affect the texture or appearance of your product. While the product may look different after melting, it can often be restored by placing it in a cool area until it firms back up.

 

Watch Me Glow carefully packages every order; however, I cannot be responsible for products that have melted or changed texture due to exposure to extreme weather conditions, delivery delays, or being left unattended after delivery.

 

For best results, please bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery, especially during hot weather.
